" Boone H/C did a great job but TotalProtect was hard to deal with and the 1st vendor assigned never returned any of our calls. Once Boone H/C get the job they were very good.

"Sunday my heater went out and Boone was called by the warranty company. They contacted me within 10 minutes of me hanging up the phone. A problem with the warranty company but Boone called them back and they came out on NEW Year's Day. Unfortunately the part need to be ordered and rebuilt. Boone took the part and returned the next day at 10 am and I had my heater working by 10:30. The temperature last night was -10. I can imagine the hours of work they must have putin after thay left the house Dismantleing and rebuild the parts and have them ready for install first thing in the morning. Great work."
