"Sunday my heater went out and Boone was called by the warranty company. They contacted me within 10 minutes of me hanging up the phone. A problem with the warranty company but Boone called them back and they came out on NEW Year's Day. Unfortunately the part need to be ordered and rebuilt. Boone took the part and returned the next day at 10 am and I had my heater working by 10:30. The temperature last night was -10. I can imagine the hours of work they must have putin after thay left the house Dismantleing and rebuild the parts and have them ready for install first thing in the morning. Great work."

" You guys are great! I had a maintenance contract with a company. The a/c leaked an!d they did nothing to fix the leak. They told me it would be $900 for refrigerant or $3500 to replace the system. Boone Heating & Cooling did all the things necessary to fix the leak, fill the system and get me going with cold a/c for a fraction of the money the other company was charging. These guys really know what they are doing! Thank you!"
